All sessions are delivered in person at a gym space in Oxford. This ensures a focused, professional environment with everything needed to support your progress. Occasionally I will offer hotel, home or outdoor sessions to clients. A travel surcharge will sometimes apply, depending on your location.

I work exclusively in person and primarily with ongoing clients. However, I do offer one-off or short-term sessions for those visiting Oxford or looking for a personalised introduction to strength training. If that sounds like you, feel free to get in touch.

Most clients train 2–3 times per week, depending on their goals, availability, and budget. We’ll discuss what works best for you during your consultation.

Comfortable workout clothing and supportive trainers are all you need. I provide all necessary equipment at the training venue.
