  • All sessions are delivered in person at a gym space in Oxford. This ensures a focused, professional environment with everything needed to support your progress. Occasionally I will offer hotel, home or outdoor sessions to clients.

  • I work exclusively in person and primarily with ongoing clients. However, I do offer one-off or short-term sessions for those visiting Oxford or looking for a personalised introduction to strength training. If that sounds like you, feel free to get in touch.

  • Most clients train 2–3 times per week, depending on their goals, availability, and budget. We’ll discuss what works best for you during your consultation.

  • Comfortable workout clothing and supportive trainers are all you need. I provide all necessary equipment at the training venue.

  • Pricing reflects the personalised, high-level service I provide. Options include monthly plans or pre-paid blocks, and full details are shared during the consultation once I understand your goals and needs.

  • Yes. Many of my clients have dynamic roles with shifting priorities. I offer flexibility within reason and work with you to establish a routine that is realistic, consistent, and sustainable.

  • Absolutely. I work with individuals at all levels. Sessions are tailored to your current ability, and progress is built steadily and intelligently. You’ll be supported every step of the way.

  • Yes, I design flexible programs that accommodate travel, work demands, and changing schedules to ensure consistency without added stress.

  • I hold a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition, a PGCert in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, and multiple fitness certifications. With over six years coaching hundreds of clients, I bring science-backed expertise combined with real-world experience.
